MINUTES FOR MEETING March 8, 2012
President – Debbie Propst – Meeting called to order. Minutes from prior month’s meeting were not available.
Defer approval until next month.
Vice President – Evelyn Pollard –Kroger gift cards available.
Treasurer – Terry Bowles –Profit/loss report distributed.
Scholarship –Andrew Teague/ Lori Vest – Revised form for scholarship application to go out in April. Scholarship is available for students who are not pursuing a music degree.
Hospitality – Suzy Aunspach – No news.
Bingo – No news.
Advisory – Linda Gray. No report.
Pit Crew – Donnie Propst– No report.
Concessions –Dave Hantoot. No report.
Ways and Means – Joe Era –No report.

Regarding the spring trip to D.C., an email would be forthcoming regarding final payment amount. Chaperones still needed for the trip. Band camp fees need to be paid up no later than May 31st
Craft/Car show will be held June 2nd. Joe Era to contact Hanover County to advertise on E-Connect. Vendors will be set up in the bus loop, cars for the car show at the top of the lower lot.
Jazz/Spaghetti Night will be May 18th. Requests are going out for food donations. Cost to attend will be the same as last year. Theme will be “rock-n-roll”. Dinner will be served at 6pm with performance at 7pm. Spring concert May 17th.
Nominations being accepted for the board for next year. Nominating committee- Terry Bowles, Liz Polek, Lori Vest. TOC Chairperson needed for next year. The date of the competition to be changed.
DVDs from the winter concert have been delivered for pick up.
